What can I expect to see in my box?

Every month you can expect to receive a variety of quality sweets, following a general theme, ranging from jellies to liquorice, plus anything and everything in-between.

When are the boxes shipped?

You first box will be shipped within 7 days from sign up date. Future boxes will be shipped as outlined below, however, a delay in payment will affect shipping date.

  • Weekly boxes will be shipped every Thursday
  • Fortnightly boxes will be shipped every 2 weeks on Thursday
  • Monthly boxes will be shipped on the 20th of the month

When will I be charged?

Your first payment will be on sign up and the amount is based on the plan you have selected. Future payment will be taken as follows: 

  • Weekly plans will be charged on Mondays
  • Fortnightly plans will be charged every 2 weeks on Mondays
  • Monthly plans will be charged on the 1st of the month.

What if I have a dietary requirement?

We are pleased to tell you that we can provide sweets that are Gelatine, Gluten and Sugar Free – Start your subscription here!

I have allergies, can I order a subscription box?

As we provide a variety of sweets each month, we cannot guarantee our products to be 100% allergen free. We suggest you read the ingredients provided carefully. 

If you are unsure, we recommend you do not eat that product. Sweet Deliveries cannot be held responsible for any allergy related incidents with our products.

Can I buy a subscription as a gift?

Yes, you can - in fact we encourage it! Just tell us the recipient’s name and address we will do the rest! You can also include a card with your message inside - Start your gift subscription here. More sweet gift boxes can be found in our shop.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Sorry, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship outside the UK.

My box is damaged/ missing, what should I do?

If this does happen to you, email us and let us know what happened. In most cases, we will resend you a replacement, free of charge.

My box was shipped to the wrong address, what do I do?

If the box was sent to the wrong address through some fault of ours or the carrier, we will resend it to you at no charge. Otherwise, we charge a £5.00 reshipping fee.

I’m going on holiday, what do I do?

Log in to your account and pause your subscription until you get back.

What happens if my card is declined?

If your card is declined for one reason or another, you will receive an email notification and you’ll have 24 hours to sort it out. Failed payments will be retried the next day. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account and click the “cancel” button by your active subscription. You will still receive the boxes that you have paid for, but not yet shipped.

What is your refund policy?

All items purchased are final and non-refundable due to their perishable nature. Please do not attempt to return any merchandise as they will not be refunded. If you encounter any issues with your sweet items themselves, please contact us so we can make it right. Please see our terms & conditions for details.

What happens if I don’t like the sweets in my box?

While we try to provide only the tastiest of sweets, it’d be impossible to fit everyone’s individual taste. If you get something you don’t like, share it with friend who might!
